1:1 COACHING

With our 1:1 private coaching, you are provided with more specialised attention as the coach is able to focus 100% on your goal(s) and provide you with what you need to succeed. The coach will design a custom program that meets your individual needs from training level, movement competency, sport, position (i.e, goalies), and injury history. This is the most effective option for athletes who are looking to improve and find their competitive edge in their chosen sport.

TEAM TRAINING

With our team training model, a team can sign up for sessions throughout the off-season to optimally prepare athletes for their competitive season or in-season to maintain overall performance and reduce risk of injury. The training is periodised to the team’s annual plan and individual needs such as training level, movement competency, position (i.e, goalies) and injury history are taken into account when designing the program and each workout.

REMOTE COACHING

With our remote coaching option, athletes are able to have access coaching and programming at a distance. This option is designed for athletes who are looking for long-term, external support while training from their home base without travelling. We offer remote coaching though 1:1 in person coaching is the most effective option, we understand that this may be not be a feasible option for all so remote coaching was created to provide athletes with support with more flexibility and with more affordably. This option requires the athlete to step up and stay disciplined without the in-person supervision of their coach however, this program has been proven to build more confident, independent athletes.
