We specialise in building stronger and more confident athletes helping them find the competitive edge in their sport.

We believe in science. We implement effective performance-based training and testing systems that are scientifically proven to optimise performance and protect against injury delivering superior results.

We specialise in ice hockey but have extensive experience in other sports having worked with a diversity of athletes.

INSIDE EDGE specialises in ice hockey having coached and worked extensively with hockey players nationally and internationally from the amateur to the professional level.

Off-ice training is essential to optimise on-ice performance and prevent injury.

Inside Edge is one of the only performance training facilities in Australia that was built for ice sport athletes.

 We acknowledge and appreciate that there is a uniqueness to this sport. Hockey is an incredibly intricate sport and requires athletes to be exceptional skaters in order to excel.

As skaters ourselves, we understanding skating mechanics and know how to make you stronger and faster on the ice. We combine on-ice and off-ice training to help you find your competitive edge and reach your potential as a hockey player.

We offer 1-on-1 private coaching, team trainings, youth athlete programs and remote coaching.

We work with athletes of all ages from junior (ages 6-12), youth (13-18), and senior (18+). 

At Inside Edge, you do not have to be elite to be considered an athlete. If you skate, run, jump, throw, or kick, you’re an athlete. We know everyday competitors have passion and their dreams are just as important as the professionals so to us, any athlete at any level is worthy.
